In order to be able to plan anything I'll have to know who is staying in

which hotel.

Please let me know (reply to this mail) Then I can optimize the location.

btw: Where do the 12 come from? (I thought we would be less...) Ok- I'll

find out by counting the mail-replies

So far I understand that we agreed on two dates:
Thursday after 17:30 - core
Friday after 17:30 - timing (related to core?)

Saturday - what is planned here (if nothing is planned I'll join the

TANGO meeting)

Sunday - Eclipse: This is a separate meeting - not related to core! -

coordinated by Andy Goets and me.

 Everybody is welcome to join. Will be fun because I do not

have a head count so far.

Wednesday: As far as I understood previous mails there's only a limited

number of us already in Geneva.

Please let me know in addition: Who's downtown by noon on Wednesday -

when do you arrive?

I am confused about what happens when

What is the schedule for

1) The EPICS Collaboration Meeting
2) The EPICS workshop.

same here. What I understand so far:
Wednesday: People arrive, are tired, no good time for actual work,
           but hopefully we can get together.
Thursday: EPICS meeting until 17:30, then 'core' meeting,
         but without a room to meet in.
Friday: ... 17:30, then 'timing'
Saturday: nothing? A full 'core' day?
Sunday: Eclipse workshop. What is that?
        Eclipse as an IDE, API, .... intro? 'Office' planning?
