What time does everyone arrive - we could have a first meeting Wed. at lunch - lots of cola and coffee?
The schedule is right - Thur and Fri EPICS meeting
Thur night - core - with no place to meet yet (Matthias is looking into options for 12)
Fri night - timing - with no place to meet yet (Matthias any chance for a room then for 12)
  -- Timing needs less than 2 hours.
Shall we try for a second meeting on core issues Wed afternoon? Saturday?

same here. What I understand so far:
Wednesday: People arrive, are tired, no good time for actual work,
            but hopefully we can get together.
Thursday: EPICS meeting until 17:30, then 'core' meeting,
          but without a room to meet in.
Friday: ... 17:30, then 'timing'
Saturday: nothing? A full 'core' day?
Sunday: Eclipse workshop. What is that?
         Eclipse as an IDE, API, .... intro? 'Office' planning?
