I'm using the following:

    Windows 7
    Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015
    Make 4.1
    Strawberry Perl 5.20.3001

RC1 fails to build for EPICS_HOST_ARCH = windows-x64.  The warnings and
errors are attached.
