Hi Andrew,

That particular test program stopped being useful a year or two ago (as
compilers started to check for those kinds of issues at compile-time) so
I removed the test program completely in newer releases of Base. If you
can't upgrade Base I suggest just commenting out that program from the
Makefile that builds and runs it.
