Hello Zhefu,
your EPICS PV "caLab:waveDouble" already has a "native" EPICS time stamp. It will be automatically generated. You can see it when you set up a camonitor session. If this time stamp is unacceptable then you can write any time stamp to a second EPICS PV at same time (CA Lab can take a array of PV names to write to; see examples at homepage). But remember it won't be a consistent data set because of delay difference of data transmissions.
