Hi all,

QML/QtQuick has made easy the creation of fluid, dynamic GUI programs through a declarative syntax.
I started to experiment the EPICS integration since its introduction and intermittently made improvements
as the technology develops.

The result is a qml module CSDataQuick [1], consisting of two submodules:
  * CSDataQuick.Data: the CSData object and the data engine plugin system.
  * CSDataQuick.Components: the standard visual items.

Built upon that is a ADLViewer to display ADL/QML files, and a builder to build throwaway GUIs on-the-fly.

Check out the documents [2] to get started. For the impatient, there is ready-to-use Anaconda binary packages.
$ conda install -c paulscherrerinstitute csdataquick
See more about that in the installation section.

This module is of beta quality. Feel free to reports problems and start discussions in the issue tracker.[3]

Best
Xiaoqiang
