Hi,

I'm having some problems with an epics archiver instance
(https://slacmshankar.github.io/epicsarchiver_docs/).
Some PVs are running normally, and I can access on archiver machine with
caput/camonitor, but appears disconnected on archiver. Some of these PVs
was working before, and stopped at some moment, another never connect.
I tried to find some error at logs, but nothing was registered

Has anyone had this kind of problem? Any idea how to debug/solve this?

Thank you for the answer.

My answers are bellow:

This seems like it might be a CA client configuration issue. Some
questions:

1. Can you confirm that you can access all PVs to be archived with
'caget' from the host running AA?
Yes, I make new tests now, e everything working well with caget

2. Do you have any special CA configuration on the AA host? What does
running "env|grep EPICS" show?
Nothing special:

EPICS_HOSTNAME=linux-x86_64
EPICS_BASE=/usr/local/epics/base
EPICS_EXTENSIONS=/usr/local/epics/extensions
EPICS_HOST_ARCH=linux-x86_64
EPICS_LOCAL=/usr/local/epics/local
EPICS_MODULES=/usr/local/epics/modules

3. Repeat #1 with a java CA client like cs-studio.  If a GUI isn't
convenient then you might try:

https://github.com/mdavidsaver/yascaif/releases

java -jar yascaif-bundle-0.4a.jar get <pvname>

Using yascaif I can access the PVs normally too
