There is at this time no runtime Grid Layout, i.e. that pseudo-widget which then at runtime arranges all other widgets in a grid.
Claudio @ ESS was contemplating a table-type container widget that would arrange its child widgets in a tabular grid, with the addition of gaps etc, but at this time that doesn't exist.

You do have the edit-time snap-to-grid, though.
