We are successfully using cexp with 4.10 (commit
aa4c80d12275a0b6ab67acfc37534c3090bdfc3c).

The build steps somewhat differ from those for 4.9, so I guess the
debian stuff needs to be adapted. This is a script that works for us:

BSPS="beatnik mvme2100"
INSTALL="/path/to/rtems-4.10"
git clone https://github.com/till-s/cexpsh
cd cexpsh
git checkout aa4c80d1
git submodule update --init
make prep
mkdir -p build
cd build
../configure --with-rtems-top=$INSTALL --enable-std-rtems-installdirs
--enable-rtemsbsp="$BSPS" --disable-YYDEBUG --enable-text-segment=0x1000000
make install

Cheers
Ben
