Hello,

I have an actuator that is only ON/OFF mode. I would like to turn it on or off proportionally to a certain dutycycle. (i dont wont to turn it on or off faster then a sec, and i would like that the 100% duty would correspond to it turned on during a minute) 

simplest way to do it? 
I saw that there is a pv called pulseTrain, altought i belive i dont have it installed in my RasperryPi epics installation.
Should i proceed with it (how?) or there is a easiest way to do this?
