I have several cases were I have a +/-10v DAC but only use the positive or negative range. In one case the DRV[H/L] is set to +10v to -10v while the HOPR is set to 0v and the LOPR
set to -10v.

Hello, Tech-Talkers!

I understand that for the ao (Analog Output) record, the HOPR and LOPR
fields are used for the display limits and the DRVH and DRVL fields are
used for the control limits. However, I always end up setting HOPR =
DRVH and LOPR = DRVL. What's a use case where the display limits would
be different from the control limits (i.e., HOPR != DRVH or LOPR !=
DRVL)?

Thanks!

Lewis
