One of your errors is

  .. Can’t open include file “stream.dbd"
 
In your configure/RELEASE file, did you define the path to the stream device module?

Something like
STREAMDEVICE=/path/to/StreamDevice


The name “STREAMDEVICE” doesn’t matter, you can use “STREAM” or “MYSTREAM” or “ABCD”, but there must be a dbd/stream.dbd and lib/linux-x86_64/libstream.so in that StreamDevice directory.

Same goes for the ASYN module, you need an entry for that in the configure/RELEASE
