Sorry, but you can't do that, the GNU Mailman software we use for the
list management doesn't provide that level of configurability.

If you don't want your Inbox filling up you can monitor tech-talk using
the RSS feed and tell Mailman to not to send you any messages at all. If
you were to unsubscribe completely your messages to the list will be
held up for moderation, so it's probably better to stay on the list and
just turn off sending in the Mailman config as long as you're still
going to be working with EPICS.
