Pierrick, and if you're not clear on the intent behind the versioning
(like I once was), this email is particularly enlightening:

Quoting Ralph Lange from that email:
All releases having a 0 as third part of the release number
(e.g. 3.15.0, 3.16.0.1) are explicitly deemed "not for production
use".
