Please note that Base-3.16.0.1 is not the same as Base-3.16.1. The
former is a developer release from 13 months ago, which was not intended
for production use; the latter doesn't exist yet.

If you are doing software development you might want to try working with
the version at the tip of the master git branch (which should become the
3.16.1 release sometime in the next few weeks once we finish working on
it). If this is for production I would strongly suggest using the
Base-3.15.5 release instead.
