Hi Marissa,
Regarding the limits issue, it sounds like a configuration issue.
Try changing the value of the below output record. The record only has two values 0, 1 for "Normally open switch", and "Normally closed switch". Most limit switches are normally closed
(value=1) for safety reasons.

DMC01:LIMITTYPE_STATUS
These records change the CN setting on the controller, check out CN in the 4080 command reference. Do an LD 0 to re-enable the limits, then test again.
