Folks
I have a new working ImageJ plugin for testing. it should go into AreaDetector but for now it is here: https://github.com/argonnexraydetector/MaddenNTNDArrayJavaClient/blob/master/ImageJPlugin_NTNDArray/EPICS_NTNDA_Viewer.java Put the java into ImageJ/plugins/EPICS_areaDetector directory. Open the source file from Image J. Compile and run. it seems to work. I am not sure how to disconnect channels. Seems like calling .destroy() just makes things not work. I suppose there is no reason to disconnect PVs anyway. If a bad PV is typed into the window, it goes red and won't connect. If the good PV is typed in, it goes green and works. Also if IOC hosting the arrays goes down, then back up, the plugin seems to do what it is supposed to do. The current NTNDArray seems to have no colorMode. So that is not implemented.
