Linux Mint. This has been tested with several installations of Mint 18.1
https://git.aps.anl.gov/jemian/deployments/tree/master/caQtDM/LinuxMint
Linux Mint is a Debian/Ubuntu derivative, SL is a RedHat derivative so
there will be some differences in package names and locations.

1. an epics library is not found; epics environment variables perhaps
missing
2. pyton 2.7 or 2.6; anyhow I suggest you do not build yet with python,
so comment it out in qtdefs.pri
