 This is the 2nd announcement of the EPICS collaboration meeting, hosted 
by KURRI (Osaka, Japan), from May 15(Mon) to May 19(Fri), 2017.

1) Registration is now open
 You are kindly asked to fill in your information at:
  <https://www.rri.kyoto-u.ac.jp/form2/?id=epics2017>
 For those who would give a talk, please choose Oral or Short-Oral(5 min.), 
and fill in title and abstract fields. 
 For those who need an invitation letter to come to Japan, please 
make registration well in advance. 
 Deadline for registration is April 10, 2017. 

# Even before this announce, some of you found the registration page 
# and submitted abstracts already - we appreciate your early interests 
# very much. 

2) Accommodation information is updated
 Accommodation information is now given at:

 We recommend "Kanku Joytel Hotel" for your convenience. Information on 
other hotels are also given.

3) Program 
 Topics and tutors for seminar and hands-on on Monday (and on Friday) 
are discussed. We are trying to finalize them. Please be patient.
