Hi Mark,
I had a similar problem mounting a NFS share from a debian server onto a
LynxOS system with NFS4 and NFS3 enabled on the server but the client only
capable of NFS2.
I had to switch off NFS4 and enable NFS2 on the server to get the mount
working. Enabling only NFS2 and leaving NFS4 running, it would not work. It
seems that NFS4 will not fallback to other versions if the client does not
connect with NFS4.
