Subject:	synApps_5_6 build error under Scientific Linux 7 64-bit

Hi all

On a new installation of SL7 64-bit, I tried to build synApps 5.6 and it gave me the following error

/usr/bin/ld: streamApp_registerRecordDeviceDriver.o: undefined reference to symbol 'pvar_func_streamRegistrar'

/usr/bin/ld: note: 'pvar_func_streamRegistrar' is defined in DSO /home/control/epics/support/synApps_5_6/support/stream-2-5-1/lib/linux-x86_64/libstream.so so try adding it to the linker command line

/home/control/epics/support/synApps_5_6/support/stream-2-5-1/lib/linux-x86_64/libstream.so: could not read symbols: Invalid operation

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

I have no clue what would be the problem as building it on 32 bit had no issues. Any help resolving this error is really appreciated.
