When I Google that part number I get pages like this:

It appears to be simply a stepper motor, with no intelligence. Thus, you cannot directly control the motor from EPICS. You need to have a motor controller and power driver to be able to move it. The EPICS driver will talk to the motor controller. There are many motor controllers with EPICS support that can control this motor. Newport, Delta Tau, ACS, etc. Look on the EPICS hardware support page.
