Announcing the final release of EPICS Base version 3.14.12.6!

This release contains bug-fixes and various minor updates, and should
be compatible with software written for previous releases. See the
Release Notes document at the above link for details.

One feature that is included is that PCAS now supports variable length
array monitor updates — thanks to Matej Sekoranja, Bruce Hill and Ralph
Lange for implementing that.

Thanks to all the EPICS Core Developers for their work on these releases.

The release of Base version 3.15.5 is expected to occur next week.
