This option has been broken for some time due (I think) to rtems api
changes.  I have most of a fix for this, but it's been stalled for lack
of my time (https://github.com/mdavidsaver/epics-base/commits/multiboot).

Also, the TFTP client is broken in all rtems 4.10.x releases
(https://devel.rtems.org/ticket/2375).  >=4.11 doesn't work with epics
yet (Heinz is working on this).

Unless you are prepared to do, or sponsor, some work the only realistic
option for RTEMS is NFSv3.
