Hi Everyone,

I have a link issue for the ether_ip module.
It has been built well in base-3.14, but I could not build it in base-3.15.
I found that the Makefile in testether_ipApp/src describe softDevIoc and testDevIoc individually.
These are re-organized into different library files in base-3.15.

We don't need to put the individual libraries in the Makefile.
We can just use "eipIoc_LIBS += $(EPICS_BASE_IOC_LIBS)".
The macro contains everything what we need to build an ioc.

So, I would like to make change on the Makefile.
