Dear Colleagues—

The SNS will be hosting the Fall 2016 EPICS Collaboration Meeting at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge TN (USA) in September. The collaboration meeting will be Tuesday, September 20 through Thursday, September 22, with tours of SNS offered Friday morning, September 23. Additionally, there will be an EPICS V4 Training on Monday, September 19 provided by David Hickin of Diamond Light Source.

Registration closes August 31. You *must* be pre-registered and have approved ORNL site access to attend. If you have any questions or concerns about your site access, please contact us. Individuals listed at https://conference.sns.gov/event/11/registration/registrants have site access requests in process or approved. For those registering between now and August 31, please respond promptly to the ORNL site access (PAS) information request to ensure it is processed and approved in time. 

Abstract submission is open through August 31. We still have slots available for additional talks so please consider submitting an abstract.
