Undefined symbols are often a sign for missing libraries.

The missing symbols called 'Xft...' point at the Xft library possibly missing.
The missing symbols called 'Fc...' point at the Fc library possibly missing.
The missing symbols called 'jpeg_...' point at the jpeg library possibly missing.
The missing symbols called 'png_...' point at the png library possibly missing.

Please install the development packages for those libraries (using your system's package manager) and retry.
