You need to read up on Linux shell operation.
The PATH environment variable should contain a colon-separated lists of directories in which the shell will look for executables.

    And camonitor does not work in other terminal. If I edit it again on the current terminal, it works fine. 
    But under that terminal , when I try to do 4th step, which is runnig the Octave, there is an error that's saying it's a different path with Octave.
