Hi,
I'm using EPICS Archiver Appliance (https://slacmshankar.github.io/epicsarchiver_docs)
to gather EPICS PVs published by some Linux embedded systems
(~100 PVs @ 0.5 Hz);
the software is very feasible and has a lot of interesting features,
but I'm looking for a way to "mirror" EPICS Archiver Appliance collected
data on two different servers;
in details:
- the first server is on the same LAN of IOCs and it gathers PVs with
default mechanism of EPICS Archiver Appliance - in this LAN, due to
some network restrictions, it is possible to communicate with other
LAN/WAN _only_ through an HTTP proxy;
- the second server is located on a different LAN and WAN (= no PV
gateway is possible) and it has a public IP address;
I would like to collect on the second server all data gathered on the
first server;
I was thinking to sync (rsync) "/arch" directory between two servers,
but I suppose that MySQL tables should be sync too....
Thanks in advance,
Gennaro
