Your NDTransform_settings2.png screen shot shows an inconsistency. It is the medm screen for the new version of the NDTransform plugin (ADCore R2-1 and later), with the
F characters in various orientations. But the transform type menu is showing “Transpose” which is not a valid choice for the new version, so you must be running the pre R2-1 version of the database.
