Hi Yihui, I suspect the problem is that you have not told the NDFileTIFF plugin or the NDStdArrays plugin for ImageJ to get their data from the NDTransform plugin. They are probably
getting their data directly from the detector, which is asyn port TIM in your case. You need to set the NDArrayPort PV in the NFFileTIFF and NDStdArrays plugin to TRANS1, not TIM. Mark From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]
