Did you fix this problem?

1. I found a similar problem with my setup, I think that mysql, tomcat configuration looks fine.
2. I downloaded CJA 1.1.9 (caj-1.1.9.jar) and which directory is the best place for the AA.

CentOS release 6.7 (Final)

I can see apache default pages.
