The EPICS Version 4 Working Group is pleased to announce a patch release
of our EPICS v4 software, version 4.5.0.1.

This release fixes a couple of issues discovered in the version 4.5
release: A buffer overflow when using PVUnion types from either C++ or
Java implementations, and a build problem when compiling the C++
implementation with shared libraries disabled.
