I know that PSI have produced an EPICS interface for these systems.  I believe Xiaoqiang Wang is the person to contact there regarding it.

The IRELEC arm is being used at a number of different synchrotron sources via epics.

 

Here is a link to some of the papers of how various people are using it and you could probably contact any of them for information.
