We are interested in Stream Device support for both the MKS 937B Vacuum Gauge Controller and the MKS PR4000B Digital Power Supply and Readout Controller (http://www.mksinst.com/product/product.aspx?ProductID=831).  I have not had any luck reaching Ian Gillingham via email and therefore am wondering if someone who monitors tech talk may be able to provide me with access to the stream device support that has been developed for these two devices.

Also, we have run into a problem connecting the MKS 937B to an IOC (Moxa DA-662).  It seems that this connection may be causing a ground loop.  When we connect to the IOC the controller no longer displays valid readings (reading goes to 1x10-11)?  Has anyone run into this before?  We ran into the same problem when connecting the analog outputs from the MKS 937B to Modicon PLC inputs.  We were able to resolve the problem by not tying the analog signals to ground at the PLC input terminal blocks.

Any feedback anyone can provide on their experience, particularly any issues they have run into with either of these devices, is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
