Hello, Li.  I've been meaning to post this to the list, and now is as
good a time as any.  It sounds like what you're looking for...

Our project has developed a TwinCAT EPICS IOC for synchronizing TwinCAT
variables with EPICS channels.  The "tcioc" runs on the Beckhoff TwinCAT
host and uses the TwinCAT ADS communication library along with EPICS
base to directly synchronize process variables between the two systems.
The source code for the project is GPLv3, and is available here:

I was not directly involved in the development of the software, but have
been helping to publish it.  Hopefully the general community will find
it useful.
