Hi,
I'm facing with the following problem with CSS:

I have an OPI designed on my notebook PC and when I copy it
(or import) on a different PC it works in "OPI Runtime" but
it is not possible to edit/modify it;

I try to launch the "OPI Editor" from Window -> Open Perspective
but nothing happens...
