Hello,

I need to connect to RDB and expose this data as PV. As far as I can tell there is no ready-made plugin in CSS that allows this.

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to find any documentation on how to write my own data source plugins. I would be very grateful for any hints.

Is it mandatory to implement it in Java? Can I connect to RDB from _javascript_ and then put values into a new PV every second? And then display this PV in Boy. Can I run this script in a separate thread and update PV from there?
