I have a fair bit of experience with programming the Universe-2 chip on
VxWorks.

I would prefer to have the conversation here on tech-talk than in
private email. However please start a new email for it from scratch,
don't just reply to an existing tech-talk message and change the subject
field because your mailer still includes hidden references in the
headers to the message that you replied to.
