I'm going to guess that JCA 2.1.2 will not support 64-but hosts, but the
latest version might. Try the URLs given here:
    http://epics-jca.sourceforge.net/jca/source-repository.html
If they don't work for you I do have a clone of the mercurial repository
(last commit was December 2014).

Matej, I think those SourceForge URLs may need to be updated; I managed
to clone the repo yesterday to make a backup of it using the URL
http://hg.code.sf.net/p/epics-jca/jca but today that doesn't work; not
sure if it's our firewall here or SF.
