Has anyone successfully compiled the latest version of tpmac (tpmac3-11
from http://www.gmca.aps.anl.gov/TPMAC2/ or tpmac-3-11dls5 from
http://controls.diamond.ac.uk/downloads/support/tpmac/) on Windows? If
so, I have more questions:
1. Which toolchain (visual studio, cygwin, mingw, other) was used?
2. What is the Windows version?
3. Which versions of the required modules (EPICS base, asyn, motor,
busy) were used?
