Dear all

We have been working at LIGO CDS on feasibility studies to convert from MEDM to caQtDM.
Many things convert quite nicely using adl2ui.

However, the caByte widget in caQtDM 3.9.3 has no “Direction” option (as exists in the MEDM Byte Monitor).
It defaults to vertical orientation and we often need horizontal orientation.

Are there plans to update this?

If not, how hard is it to get a the widget code to attempt a fix ourselves?
