The morning agenda at FRIB this morning included several related talks
(from APS and CLS) about solutions for centralized monitoring of large
numbers of IOCs.

I have two contributions to this redundancy.

What else is out there?  (I don't want to maintain tools if someone else
has a good enough solution)

1) A daemon and web interface for reporting based on CA broadcast
messages (search and beacon).
