You could configure the HIHI and/or LOLO alarm limit to the DRVH/DRVL
value with HHSV/LLSV set to Invalid severity, then set the IVOA field to
tell the record to not drive the outputs on invalid severity. That's
about the only possibility you have within the record itself though.
