CA gateway does (or at least did) fail monitor subscripts with bits
other than VALUE, LOG, and ALARM set.

A separate subscription for DBE_PROPERTY is probably better in any event
as you'll want to subscript to DBR_CTRL_* for DBE_PROPERTY and
DBR_TIME_* for DBE_VALUE, etc.
