Does that continue to be applied to a series of incoming images, or only to the current single image?

Matt,

You could use the areaDetector Image plugin and imageJ and the use Log functionality (under Process>Math).

Hi,

We have a new requirement to display logarithmic 2-D detector data.

We're using CSS, and the X/Y widget that we use for 1-D plots can do logarithmic scales on either axis, but the Intensity widget can't display log data. I think that might be a worthwhile addition, perhaps to the new Intensity widget.

It might also be a useful addition to the areaDetector processing plugin, which is how I'd do it for our specific areaDetector based application. That wouldn't take too long to add as a new feature.

Anyone already done something similar, either in OPI clients or server side?

Cheers,
Matt
