FYI for forward links only the "CA" modifier is valid. Other flags,
including "CP", are parsed and ignored.
The "CA" modifier will appear in dbgf, dbDumpRecord, etc.
That said, this only tells you if that flag was set. If the flag is not
set, the link may still be a CA_LINK.
