Hey all,

you would like to use the DIM protocol
http://dim.web.cern.ch/dim/index.html
to communicate with our FPGAs of the front-end electronics
of our detector.
These front-end boards also contain data belonging to
the Detector Control System handled by EPICS.
So we would need a device support for DIM. Does anyone
has written something in this direction already?

If not, is there some easy to follow documentation about
writing I/O interrupt handler for the device support?

I have programmed a few small device support routines
already. But never with I/O interrupt handling...
