Thank you for your help. Your advice was really helpful to me, the problem was solved.
(using multiful hosts and clients on single machine)

The cause of the problem is the firewall. After I stop the firewall service, everything is fine.

Furthermore, in order to use the firewall service, I refer to this page ( EPICS R3.14 Channel Access Reference Manual ).

I have seen 127.255.255.255 (i.e. the broadcast address of localhost) working. But I also have seen it not working, and I have no insight what exactly is needed in the network stack for it to work.
Worth a try, in any case.
