I am not sure if this is the type of CAEN high voltage power supply that you are asking about, but we have the CAEN SY5527 power supplies here and we are using the software from the Canadian Light Source to control them.  The Canadian Light Source software has the EPICS driver and device support that can be used with the EPICS records.  You can find the software and its supporting library, from CAEN, in the following links.

One of our beamlines here at Diamond has bought an HV-Adaptos high-voltage power supply from CAENels that they intend to use for controlling their bimorph mirrors. Does anyone know of an existing EPICS driver for it?
